Piping and Pipeline Engineering Consultancy
- Preparation of all types of detailed Pipeline and Piping drawings including Plot plans, Equipment layouts, Piping layouts, Isometrics, Pipeline Overall route plan Alignment sheets, Routing plan, Block Valve Station drawings, Hydrostatic test diagrams, Pipeline detail drawings etc. on latest 2D/3D drafting tools to suit client requirements.
- All Piping and pipeline related calculations including Pipe wall thickness, PE liner thickness, Pipe span, Branch reinforcement, Road crossing as per API-1102, hydrotest, buoyancy, Elastic and Cold Bend calculation etc.
- Hot tapping calculations for Piping and Pipelines
- ‘Upheaval and Lateral buckling’ calculations (K Peter and OTC-6355 methods) and generation of graded profiles for buried pipelines.
- Stress Analysis (CAESER II), Static/Dynamic for Pipeline and for Piping.
- Pipeline Integrity Studies which includes small or medium sectional replacement of Piping/ Pipeline systems as a short-term solution.
- Preparation of Material Specifications/Requisitions for metallic (CS, DSS, CRA cladded) and Non-metallic (GRE, HDPE etc.) for Pipeline and for Piping.
- Integrity studies- Fitness for purpose assessment of Pipe lines, integrity review, close out reports etc.
